AK DUI Defense

On my sons 7th birthday I was crushed by a drunk driver while pumping gas in Big lake Alaska. My son was in the car when this happened. You will see him in the video. Quite the way to spend your 7th birthday. The driver fled the scene and was later caught. She was charged with 3rd degree assault, leaving the scene of the crime with injuries, no insurance, driving on a suspended license and DUI. My two youngest sons were also in the car they could not get out of their car seats. My seven year was able to get out of his booster seat. So he saw me laying on the ground.
