Cops get lasers to zap drink drivers

Author: The battle against drink-driving in Russia now looks like a scene out of Star Wars. Traffic cops have been armed with laser guns that would make a storm trooper proud. But these lasers are not for blasting rebels. Their beams detect drunkards behind the wheel.
