My name is Marco Flores Jr. I am 21 years old. My godfather was killed by a drunk driver on January 19th, 2005. “Dead End Road” was written January 16th, 2006. I had so much to say and to let out instead of drinking, smoking, doing drugs, or fighting I took all my anger, all my hate, and all my sorrow to writing. I was born in Chicago, IL but raised in Anchorage, AK. Parents wanted a better life for me to live, so in January 1993 is when my family and I arrived to Alaska. I showed them that their time was not wasted as I am succeeding in life and spreading positive messages to revolutionize the mind and create a new cycle of living life. Writing is my punching bag and is also my tool to reach out to the world and share my messages that must be heard and delivered! Whether it’s rapping, poetry, or even oratory speaking my writing has helped me get through many harsh times. In this song I hope it will inspire others and teach many the lessons of the effect of drinking and driving. Until then millions and myself will continue fighting, having our voices heard, and hopefully change the laws and consequences not only for drinking and driving but for many other issues as well because what we have today is weak and pathetic. Thank you for watching and spread the message!

I’m Jeremy Steel of EidolonVisage Productions: On this project, Right Choices for Youth, in conjunction with Shannon Medical Center, brought me on as the head video producer/director. I organized a three camera shoot with each camera going it’s separate way as the production unfolded. My responsibilities included producer/director/logistics/dp/camera op/editor/compositor/final DVD. Oh yeah, and they wanted a finished DVD the next day to show the students. For those that don’t know, Right Choices for Youth set up a drunk driving accident scenario involving students and for the students. Emergency services personnel and protective services personnel were all involved. The students saw a drunk driving accident scenario play out from “just seconds after the accident” all the way through to the air med, emergency room, funeral home, and the judge’s chambers. -2005
